Senior architect. Still in the code.
Twenty years of shipping the systems other teams are
still trying to finish.

I help companies modernize the systems holding them back and adopt AI where it actually moves the business - and I build what I recommend.

Book a Discovery Call

Most technical consulting ends with a document.
Mine ends with a working system.

For twenty years I've been designing, rescuing, and scaling complex software — across enterprise, fintech, telecom, insurance, and the startups in between. I'm the founder of Invelop Software, and I work with leadership teams who need a senior architect they can trust before, during, and after the build.

Pillar 1 — AI Adoption Strategy

Helping companies figure out where AI creates real business value, and then architecting and building the solutions to get them there.

This is not a slide deck. Itstarts with the workflows the business actually runs, identifies where AIchanges the economics, and produces a technical roadmap that engineering canexecute against. Then Alex builds the integration layer — or supervises theteam that does.

Signal you need this
Leadership keeps being told “we should be doing more with AI” but no one insidethe business can tell them where to start or what is realistic.
Pillar 2 — Legacy System Modernization

Untangling monoliths, re-architecting performance-critical pipelines, and migrating decade-old platforms to modern, cloud-native systems — without breaking the business that depends on them.

This is the work that scares everyone else. Twenty years of doing it means Alex knows where the load-bearing walls are.

Signal you need this:
your team is afraid to touch the codebase. Releases are slowing down. New hires can't onboard. Every estimate doubles in flight.
Pillar 3 — Full-Stack Architecture

Tech-stack-agnostic systemdesign across .NET / C#, TypeScript, React, Next.js, PHP / Laravel, Vue, mobile(MAUI / Xamarin), and cloud (Azure, AWS, Docker).

Architecture decisions made bysomeone who has built in all of these stacks — and who therefore picks tools because they fit the problem, not because they are the only thing theconsultant knows.

Signal you need this
You're starting something new and the technology choices will be hard to reverse, oryou have inherited a system whose architecture is the problem.
Pillar 4 — Technical Leadership

Defining technical strategy, mentoring developers, establishing engineering practices, and owning the fullproblem from idea to production.

CEO, CIO, and SoftwareDevelopment Manager — Alex has held all three roles. He can plug in asfractional technical leadership while a permanent hire is found, or alongsidean existing team that needs a senior voice in the room

Signal you need this:
The team is shipping but you have no confidence in the technical direction, or youare pre-CTO and making decisions that will outlive your current team.

The Engagement Process

“I don'twrite reports and walk away. I build what I recommend, then hand it over.”
Technical Due Diligence

Before recommending anything,Alex spends time inside the system. He reads the code, talks to the team, mapsthe architecture, and identifies the constraints that are real versus theconstraints that are inherited assumptions. Most engagements that fail elsewherefail here, because nobody did this step.

Architecture & Roadmap

Output of the due diligence is aclear, written architecture and roadmap: what to build, what to leave alone, what to retire, and in what order. Honest about trade-offs. Specific aboutsequencing. Written so that both the executive team and the engineers can acton it.

Hands-On Delivery

This is the difference. Alexdoesn't hand off the roadmap and disappear. He builds — alongside the team oras the lead — through to a working proof of concept, a production deployment,or a successful migration. He is in the code.

Handover & Enablement

The engagement ends with theclient team running the system themselves. Documentation, mentoring, hiringinput, engineering process — whatever is needed so that what Alex built doesn'tdecay the moment he leaves.
